Where the notice goes
Use our Contact Us page and pick "Copyright" as the subject. The form is the only channel; we do not publish an email address.
What the notice needs
- Your name, plus a way to reach you (postal address, phone or email).
- A description of the copyrighted work you think is affected.
- The URL of the page here that shows it.
- Your good faith belief, put in writing, that this particular use was cleared by nobody: not by you as owner, not by its agent, not by the law.
- A declaration that your notice is correct and, under penalty of perjury, that you hold an exclusive right or act for its holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature; a typed full name counts.
What happens next
Complete notices are answered promptly. If the claim holds, the material comes down or is disabled, and whoever supplied it hears about it, as far as we know them.
Counter-notice
Anyone who thinks material was taken down by mistake can reply through the same form. A counter-notice names the removed material and where it was, declares under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error or a misidentification, accepts the federal court of your judicial district (or, outside the US, any judicial district where we can be reached), and carries your name, contact details and signature. If, within 10 to 14 working days, the original claimant reports no filed lawsuit, the material may go back up.

Pictures and streams inside the partner chat that Start opens are not hosted by us. Please send notices about them to that partner, which controls the content.
